Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to support the expansion and profitability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to meet sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in [industry, e.g., healthcare, technology, etc.] is an added advantage.
- Own transport and willingness to travel (if required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
