Role: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Shah Alam
Work Hour: 1:30pm - 10:30pm (Thurs - Sun)
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500 (basic)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background checks.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, introducing company policies, culture, and values.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and concerns.
- Monitor and improve onboarding experiences through feedback and process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Send Turnup Hired Tracker email updates to Manager / Trainers / HRBP’s .
- Conduct Onboarding Rockstar sessions to guide new hires.
- Manage the PDSU (Pre-Deployment Screening & Updates) process.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in onboarding documentation roles within banking or digital finance.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office and client onboarding systems.
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication (COMPULSORY).
