To plan, organize, and implement co-curricular and extracurricular unit activities, including leadership programs, discipline-based initiatives, sports, and cultural events. This role also emphasizes the coordination and supervision of marching drills (kawad kaki) and other structured physical and team-building activities, particularly for uniformed student bodies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Activity and Program Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute student unit activities including club meetings, competitions, and team-building events.
- Organize and supervise marching drills (kawad kaki) for uniformed units such as Police Cadet, RELA, or SUKSIS.
- Coordinate leadership camps, motivational programs, and outreach projects to support student growth.
- Ensure all activities are well-documented, with records of attendance, photos, reports, and evaluations.
2. Student Engagement & Development
- Promote active student participation and guide student leaders in program planning.
- Monitor students' involvement in unit activities and follow up with inactive or non-compliant participants.
- Provide moral support and mentoring to enhance student discipline and leadership skills.
3. Administrative Duties
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and post-event reports for all unit activities.
- Maintain organized records of student involvement, achievements, and participation in activities.
- Ensure all activities comply with college policies and co-curricular requirements.
4. Discipline and Safety
- Enforce discipline and code of conduct during all programs and marching drills (kawad kaki).
- Ensure student safety and supervision, especially during camps, parades, and physical activities.
- Assist in handling student disciplinary matters related to unit involvement.
5. Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with external agencies such as police, RELA, or other partners for joint activities or training.
- Communicate regularly with academic staff, students, and parents regarding unit activities and schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working in a college/university environment (1 to 3 years Experience)
- Experience in organizing youth or student programs, preferably involving uniformed units.
- Familiarity with marching drills (kawad kaki) or previous involvement in a disciplined unit is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work during evenings or weekends when required
- Active involvement in student leadership or club management.
- Creative and passionate about student development.
