About the Role:
Act as a trusted learning advisor to assigned Business Units and/or geographies by translating strategic and operational goals into tailored learning strategies that enable workforce capability, high performance, and career growth. Collaborate with stakeholders, design & facilitate impactful learning solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of learning programs within the Business Unit and/or across geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with BU and/or country leaders to understand business strategy and identify capability gaps
- Co-develop learning strategies and initiatives that support workforce transformation and talent development
- Lead learning needs analysis and performance consulting for assigned business units and/or country
- Customize and deploy enterprise L&D programs to ensure contextual relevance and business fit
- Lead, manage and support the rollout and delivery of L&D programs as program manager and as lead facilitator or trainer
- Work closely with the SEA L&D COE and SEA Learning Operations & Technology to implement consistent standards and practices
- Track, evaluate, and report on learning effectiveness and business impact metrics
- Advocate for the adoption of new learning technologies and tools, including AI-driven and digital learning solutions
- Support change management and communications for L&D initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in L&D roles with a strong focus on technology and automation.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), generative AI tools, database management, and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, and the ability to integrate them into L&D processes to drive efficiency.
- Strong focus on quality assurance and solutions-oriented thinking, leveraging AI-driven data for decision-making to ensure high standards and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and integrate them into work processes.
