The SEA L&D Executive plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives through effective coordination, communication, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Program Management : Plan and manage learning programs to meet BU needs and regulatory standards.
- Learning Assignment & Communication : Assign training modules based on employee roles and communicate requirements, deadlines, and updates via email, intranet, and other channels.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting : Monitor training completion, follow up on outstanding learning and documenting proper audit trails
- Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with faculty, learners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of learning programs.
- Operational Execution: Manage logistics, coordinate with trainers and SMEs, and support participant engagement
- Data Management & Continuous Improvement : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance training activities, completions, and certifications to support audits and internal reviews, use analytics to improve learning delivery, engagement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in L&D, preferably with exposure to compliance and technical training.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) , Microsoft Excel, database management and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
