Summary
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and supporting business growth through networking, strategic partnerships, and brand-building efforts. The ideal candidate will help improve client satisfaction, enhance the company’s market presence, and drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and building new client pipelines.
- Strengthen the company’s brand visibility through strategic initiatives and collaborations.
- Build and maintain partnerships to expand market reach and explore joint ventures.
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales materials to convert leads into business.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in client servicing, sales, or business development.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
