What You’ll Do:
- Spot emerging market trends and understand what makes customers tick.
- Keep an eagle eye on competitors’ strategies.
- Hunt for new business opportunities in fresh and existing markets.
- Wow potential clients with impressive pitches and presentations.
- Build rock-solid relationships that stand the test of time.
- Ensure our pricing stays competitive while keeping profits healthy.
- Turn winning proposals into signed contracts.
- Be the voice of the customer inside our company.
- Lead periodic reviews to keep our sales team sharp and on target.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in business development, especially in seafreight / airfreight.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
- A sharp, analytical mind with the passion and drive to close deals.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Knows the ins and outs of MS Office.
- Owns transport & holds a valid driving license.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
