Job responsibility
- Administration of sales booking, sales confirmation and updating of Sales master list.
- Liaise with local govt (LPHS) for preparation and execution of qualifications to purchase.
- Liaise with solicitors for preparation and execution of SPA and loan agreements.
- Monitoring and management of progress stage billing and corresponding coordination and issuance of document.
- Purchaser relationship management.
- Prepare sales report and meeting minutes.
- Maintain purchaser' records and strata book.
- Any works with regards to the company administrative and any assignment to be given by the company from time to time.
- Updating mHUB with the necessary details needed and tracking.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates with Property development knowledge is an advantage.
- Required skill(s): Administration Duties especially organized filing.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
