Job Responsibilities:
- Develop channel strategies and goals in accordance to the key customers.
- Conduct regular review on business performance, promotion planning and outlet execution.
- To control and manage funds allocated for respective channel.
- To work with category management projects with key strategic partners
- To develop and coach team members to achieve sales target.
- Monitor the market and trade returns and act accordingly.
- Provide analyzed reports to the management on timely manner.
- Perform and analysis on competitors, market trend and feasibility study
- Responsible for realizing the committed sales target
- Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to chief responsible personnel
- Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin(added advantage)
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn, result oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
