Human Resources (HR)
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave applications, and monthly payroll data.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support performance review tracking and basic training coordination.
General Affairs (GA)
- Oversee daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and service providers.
- Handle company asset management and inventory records.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or General Affairs roles.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills in English & Chinese.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
