Position: Admin Executive

Location: Lot T-242A, T-242B & 243, Level 3, The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at the Samsung Authorized Service Center. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to support our service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order parts, received parts
2. Received parts update in System and give to engineer accordingly
3. Update Sales Summery
4. Received and send units to branch and Customer
5. Arrange send used parts to Samsung ( weekly )
6. Keep inventory telly
7. Return good parts to Samsung ( Weekly )
8. Send and pick up unit from Gurney
9. Reply DL 10. Arrange send back and pick up unit from Dealer
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to work shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM3,000/month
