Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Sales Admin to join our team!
You will be responsible for supporting online sales operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing across platforms such as WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming online orders & update order records
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
- Monitor stock levels and update product listings
- Assist in preparing quotations and invoices for customers
- Perform basic admin tasks and support sales team when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Canva, Capcut, ETC)
- Familiar with Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Able to work independently, fast learner & responsible
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in sales or admin work
- Knowledge of Canva or basic photo editing
- Prior work in e-commerce environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
