About Hot Meal Ba
Hot Meal Ba is a Chinese Muslim restaurant brand that emphasizes authenticity, hygiene, and consistency in food quality and service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a competent and committed Operation Manager to oversee and optimize the operational performance of our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations & Daily Management
Supervise daily operations including kitchen, service, cleanliness, and order fulfillment
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and hygiene standards
Monitor service flow and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
2. Manpower Coordination & Team Supervision
Manage staff scheduling and manpower allocation
Provide guidance and on-the-ground supervision to outlet teams
Support staff training and enforce operational discipline
3. Inventory & Cost Control
Oversee procurement and stock level management
Monitor usage and wastage; implement cost-effective practices
Assist in tracking operational data and contributing to cost control efforts
4. Cross-functional Coordination
Communicate operational feedback and implement improvement plans
Ensure consistency in service and performance across outlets
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of experience in outlet or operations management (F&B preferred)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
Familiarity with inventory systems, basic reporting, and process implementation
Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to on-site issues
