Job Description:
1. Outlet Operations
- Support daily operational activities across assigned outlets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor food quality, service delivery, and cleanliness of the outlets.
- Assist in coordinating product deliveries, inventory management, and stock usage.
2. Staff Supervision
- Assist in managing and guiding outlet supervisors and crew members.
- Help in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance.
- Provide on-the-job training to ensure team members meet service standards.
- Motivate staff and support a positive working environment.
3. Customer Experience
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a consistent and pleasant dining experience for all customers.
- Monitor service levels and take immediate action to resolve issues.
4. Sales & Reporting
- Assist in analyzing sales performance and suggesting improvements.
- Monitor cost control (food cost, labor cost, wastage).
- Prepare basic reports on outlet performance and submit to the Operations Manager.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a communication bridge between outlet teams and higher management.
- Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns and new menu launches.
- Participate in meetings, training, and team briefings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B operations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of F&B safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office applications.
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
