Job Description
1. Coordinate and facilitate communication among key departments including Security, Facilities, Parking and Marketing to support daily operational activities and ensure the upkeep and presentation of both the interior and exterior areas of the shopping centre.
2. Ensure all accident and incident reports, including insurance claims and statutory documentation, are accurately completed and properly filed.
3. Oversee service providers and ensure third-party contractors comply with operational standards.
4. Manage the overall operations of the cleaning service contractor.
5. Enforce compliance among tenants, contractors, and service providers, issuing warnings or penalties when necessary.
6. Draft and respond to all correspondence with tenants, customers, contractors, and service providers.
7. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity and implement appropriate alternative actions.
8. Provide operational support during events and roadshows.
9. Assume the role of “Duty Manager” when required.
10.Attend to all complaints—including those from customers, tenants, and local authorities with appropriate follow-up
Education Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Property, Real Estate Management or equivalent field.
Relevant Experience
1. At least 5 years of working experience in mall operation, building management or similar.
2. Well-developed oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage but not compulsory.
3. Previous work-related skills, knowledge and experience would be helpful.
4. Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
