KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities.
- Monitor and improve daily processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and guide operations staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance standards.
- Assist in resource planning, including workforce, inventory, and equipment.
- Handle operational issues promptly and effectively to minimize downtime or service disruption.
- Prepare regular reports on operations performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Logistics, Sales) to support overall business goals.
- Support budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Participate in training, onboarding, and staff development programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
