Role: Luxury Brand Client Advisor
Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (basic), up to RM10,000 (commission)
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in retail, airlines, hospitality, or luxury automotive industries.
- Strong passion for customer service, with the initiative and mindset to serve high-profile clientele.
- Presentable, confident, and poised in luxury customer interactions.
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (preferred), with good command of English and Malay.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in clients, ensuring a refined and professional luxury experience.
- Provide personalized product knowledge and storytelling to enhance the client journey.
- Proactively understand client needs and deliver tailored recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions and ensure seamless after-sales service.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with opportunities to grow a personal client portfolio after probation.
- Maintain a polished, professional, and presentable image in line with luxury standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
