Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall retail operations for all store locations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and corporate strategy.
- Oversee store performance including sales targets, profit margins, cost controls, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure premium-level customer service is consistently delivered across all outlets, aligned with luxury brand values.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure timely and optimal product availability and stock levels.
- Drive operational efficiency through the implementation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, sales reports, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop retail teams, including Store Managers, to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Oversee store visual merchandising, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with landlords, mall management, service vendors, and external partners as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within the luxury or premium retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- In-depth understanding of luxury brand standards, clienteling, and high-end customer service.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills; ability to interpret financial and sales data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in retail management systems (POS, ERP, CRM) and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to retail outlets across regions as required.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
