Job Description:
1. Ensure reception process comply with Honda Malaysia standard guideline.
2. Initiate/update customers' files.
3. Appraise vehicle damage and issue estimation.
4. Conduct negotiations with insurance companies.
5. Check completed vehicles before delivery.
6. Send invoice to insurance companies.
7. Monitor & update customers on WIP.
Requirement:
a) Minimum SPM/Certification/Diploma in any field of study.
b) Candidate must have experience in Automotive industry.
c) Willing to learn.
d) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
f) Possess a valid class D driving license.
g) Computer literate.
