Role: Luxury Brand Client Advisor
Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (basic), up to RM10,000 (commission)

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in retail, airlines, hospitality, or luxury automotive industries.
• Strong passion for customer service, with the initiative and mindset to serve high-profile clientele.
• Presentable, confident, and poised in luxury customer interactions.
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (preferred), with good command of English and Malay.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in clients, ensuring a refined and professional luxury experience.
• Provide personalized product knowledge and storytelling to enhance the client journey.
• Proactively understand client needs and deliver tailored recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions and ensure seamless after-sales service.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with opportunities to grow a personal client portfolio after probation.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and presentable image in line with luxury standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
