Summary:
Responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, training, and HR administration to ensure smooth operations and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Manage employee records, leave, and payroll-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in training, development, and HR projects.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR or related field.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / HR software.
