The purpose of this role is to support the development and maintenance of pricing models and tools in alignment with Divisional Pricing Standards. This role contributes to pricing governance, individual risk pricing, and reporting on rate adequacy, while working under the guidance of senior team members.
Your New Role:
- Assist in the preparation of pricing governance exhibits, including trackers and reports for Rate Adequacy Working Group (RAWG) meetings.
- Participate in RAWG meetings by reviewing and interpreting reported data.
- Support the review of actuarial pricing models to ensure adherence to policies and data integrity.
- Contribute to data collation for divisional and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with other Pricing Actuaries and Product Heads to support pricing platform usage.
- Provide support in individual risk pricing for large risks.
- Generate management information and reports on rate adequacy and related metrics.
- Partner with Underwriting teams to provide analytical support on portfolio insights.
- Assist in the maintenance of pricing models in line with Divisional Pricing Standards.
About You :
- Experience working in the Actuarial Pricing, preferably with at least five years of work experience in general insurance actuarial/pricing function.
- Good progress in actuarial qualifications with either US, UK, or Australia Actuarial Institute.
- Experience in a multinational financial services business.
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
