Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, organize, and verify all required supporting documents for insurance and socso claims.
- Ensure all forms are accurately completed and comply with the submission requirements.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees within established timeliness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, audits, and compliance filings.
- Support in carrying out day-to-day HR activities.
Job Specifications :
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Good verbal and written communication
