- Hire and train new staff to continuously grow the team size and ensure employee retention
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Other administrative tasks supporting company compliances and governance

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
