Job Description
1. Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing activities ensuring its timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with the regulations of local statutory bodies.
2. Handle employee benefits, medical, leave benefits, and group insurance administration
3. Responsible for HR processes for the entire employee life cycle and all HR documentation including letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, bonus, increments, salary adjustments, and others.
4. Assist in onboarding for new hires including induction and assimilation into the organization.
5. Maintain and update employee records and payroll database to guarantee data accuracy and security.
6. Assist in the coordination of company events and engagement activities.
Job Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Good understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
3. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR role.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
6. Possess integrity and good work ethic.
7. Good team player
8. Proficient with MS Office applications e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
