Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
- Assist in organizing staff training, workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
- Administer employee benefits, claims, and insurance matters.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
