Requirement :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in HR or related fields.
- Familiarity with Sarawak labour Law and Statutory guidelines.
- Strong organizations and time management skill.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin (is added advantage)
- Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
Job Description :
- Responsible job recruitment process including job advertise, screening resume and interview arrangement.
- Perform monthly payroll, attendance, leave management and prepare submission of statutory contribution of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and HRDF.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist in drafting, revising, and disseminating HR documents, policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR related reports and assist in HR Audit.
- To perform any other assignments as delegated by the Management from time to time.
