Responsibilities:
- Translate HR documents and internal memos (Mandarin, BM, English)
- Assist in interviews, meetings, and onboarding as language support
- Help with recruitment: job ads, interview scheduling, and new hires
- Handle admin tasks: employee records, HR reports, office supplies
- Ensure all HR files and processes follow company policies and local laws
Job Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Nationality: Malaysian Chinese
- Language Proficiency: Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia: Working-level proficiency (both spoken and written) / English: Basic conversational ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an added advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
