Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Managing employee onboard offboard processes
- Training and development.
- Maintain company culture.
- Able to handle payroll will be an advantage.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Any adhoc task that will be assigned by Management when needed
ob Summary:
As an HR Executive at One Hope Charity & Welfare, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. This includes managing HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing HR support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in human resources management or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably Female candidate
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and execution ability
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Able to work with minimum supervision / independently
- Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Must have own transport
