JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure the maximization of room revenue and profit and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service within the department
- Has a direct line of authority over all Front Office personnels within the Hotel and a liaison role with all other Department Heads
- To achieve a maximum occupancy and average rate at all times
- To oversee day to day operations, ensuring a high standard of customer relations service within Front Office
- Ensure Front Office operates with a sales attitude, and are aware of room sales/revenue targets
- To coordinate closely on room availability with Sales Department
- Adhere to company credit policies and maintain ongoing cost controls and minimize departmental expenses
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
