Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop day-to-day Front Office operations, maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional service quality to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Optimize room revenue through effective yield management and upselling strategies.
- Manage Front Office talent development by designing, implementing, and coaching training programs (including front office systems, guest service procedures, and communication), while capturing and applying best practices and SOPs for Front Office operations.
- Lead Front Office operations within established budgetary guidelines, optimizing resources and improving efficiency.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
