Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain SAP master data (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, chart of accounts) and ensure all updates are properly authorized and documented.
- Ensure SAP finance roles comply with internal controls and segregation of duties.
- Act as a support expert for RTR (Record to Report) SAP modules, assisting with issues and improvements.
- Translate finance documents and communicate effectively with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve SAP system or user-related issues.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reports, and audit support.
- Maintain a strong control environment for all finance master data.
- Provide prompt and customer-focused responses to ad hoc requests and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of SAP or other accounting systems.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
