Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk Support professional who is fluent in Korean to assist our Korean clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in IT support or help desk positions with a strong background in supporting Windows operating systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with Windows operating systems and various applications.
- Document and track support tickets using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Support or Help Desk role.
- Proficient in supporting Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
