To assist Head, Finance in all tasks related with Finance and corporate services to ensure all are implemented accordingly and in line with the policies and procedures.
Petty cash handling
- Verify and ensure petty cash claims are accurate and supported by proper documents (receipt, invoices).
- Ensure transactions are accurate and tally with submitted documents.
- Record and update petty cash transactions in the accounting system promptly.
- Prepare reimbursement schedule for approval and processing.
- Assist with petty cash reimbursement.
Provide backup support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR ) including invoice posting, account adjustment and reconciliation process in SAP and WebCycle.
Review and prepare monthly e-Invoice Cockpit reports, data extractors, and to update Master Accounts Payable (AP) records through SAP systems.
Compile and present the monthly Group Credit Committee Meeting (GCC) report slides for submission to Group Finance.
Prepare and submit the monthly RRPT report in accordance with Group Financial Policy, Governance, and compliance requirements.
Follow standard procedures to improve efficiency in month-end account closing activities and inter-departmental reporting.
Any other tasks related to finance matter as and when required.
