HR cum Finance Assistant (FOOD & BEVERAGES)

As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a Finance Assistant cum HR to join our dynamic staff and help us further engage with our vibrant community.
Job Description
- Manage employee compensation and assist with staff records including payroll administration, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Public Holiday.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting entries in the accounting system, including quotation, invoicing, receipts, and payments
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and bank reconciliation
- Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in financial reporting, including general ledger, PNL, cash flow, balance sheet
- Managing all suppliers’ invoices/staff claim/bill documents from various department/sources;
- To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Liaison with auditors, tax agents and banks when necessary.
- Budgeting and forecasting expenses
- And other ad-hoc tasks requested by superior from time to time.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess Diploma/Professional Certificate or Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Professional Degree in Account/HR or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience or fresh graduates in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office
- Has basic for SQL system
