We are looking for a dedicated and organized Account cum HR Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role combines basic accounting tasks with human resource support. Male or female candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Handle daily accounting transactions (AP/AR, payments, invoicing, etc.)
- Assist in monthly account closing and financial reports
- Maintain proper record-keeping of receipts and documents
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, or company secretary as needed
HR Duties:
- Handle staff attendance, leave records, and claims
- Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee files
- Support in recruitment coordination and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Male or female candidates
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Working experience in accounting or HR (or both)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
