1. Human Resources Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administrative support
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Support in organizing staff engagement activities and training coordination
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
2. Quantity Surveying Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost estimation, BQ preparation, and sourcing of materials/subcontractors
- Support in progress claims, variation orders, and contract administration
- Help monitor project costing and site measurement documentation
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Interest in interior design or construction industry
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and a team player
3. Project Admin Intern
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to project teams on documentation and coordination
- Assist in scheduling, site progress updates, and material delivery tracking
- Help prepare meeting minutes, filing systems, and general project reporting
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Interior Design, or Construction-related course
- Proactive and organized with good communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
