Job Purpose / Summary:
Responsible for oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods and securing the warehouse.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials.
2. Sorting, pack, and label orders for storing or delivery.
3. Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
4. Responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
5. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
6. Manage stock control and reconciliation with inventory management system.
7. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing SOP and protocols.
8. Work closely with customer logistic / warehouse, executive and warehouse dept. to ensure the production schedule is meet within deadline.
9. Proper 5s housekeeping & warehouse cleanliness. Observe and implement all safety regulations and practices.
10. Always communicate and report to HOD’s immediately if there is any issues at customer site
11. Perform any works or responsibilities assigned by the HODs and management as and when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- SPM or related field with at least 3~5 years’ relevant working experiences.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory systems.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Forklift driving skill will be added advantages.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime or on weekends if required.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
