Job Description:
- Process Technician will primarily be responsible for evaluating, implementing and monitoring processes and operating systems for the SMT and MI department.
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
- Operating & Program Xray inspection machine
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and rollout new procedures
- Evaluate, implement, and monitor SMT processes, Assembly process and Operating systems
- Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes
- Monitors and improves efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
- Communicate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues
- Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement
- Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- A diploma in (EE, ME, or Engineering Technology) or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT designation)
- Working knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD001 workmanship criteria
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in electronic manufacturing environment
- Must be able to understand on all SMT and electronic assembly process
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Ability to read engineering documentation and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
