Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
- Plan and manage manpower for loading/unloading and delivery schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards in the warehouse.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented and recorded.
- Monitor performance of warehouse staff and provide training/coaching where needed.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies or delivery issues.
- Implement and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for warehouse efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
- At least 2–3 years experience in warehouse operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work overtime or weekends when needed.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
