Leader Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and apply control measures to minimize discrepancies.
• Receiving and Dispatch: Oversee incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate outgoing orders.
• Warehouse Organization: Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to ensure efficient, safe, and accessible organization.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality standards to ensure products meet specifications. Conduct inspections as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure adherence to warehouse and environmental regulations.
• Operational Efficiency: Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and systems are maintained and functioning properly.
• Reporting: Generate regular performance and inventory reports, including KPIs.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills):

• Must possess at least an SPM certificate.
• Able to write, speak, and understand Bahasa Malaysia; English understanding is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
