- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of event decoration materials and equipment.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies, utilizing warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate transportation company for event setups and teardowns, including transportation of materials to and from event venues, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and ensure efficient movement of goods, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify and resolve inventory issues, preparing reports on stock levels and warehouse performance.
- Collaborate with the Project team to understand material requirements for upcoming events, ensuring timely preparation and availability of necessary items.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on proper handling of materials, safety procedures, and inventory management techniques.
