Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others based on business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Own and drive the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and broader IT strategy.
- Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define, document, and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, integration, and deployment.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to explore and validate new features, modules, or integrations within the platform.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and monitoring tools.
- Oversee platform governance, data architecture, and security standards to ensure compliance and system integrity.
- Support regular platform upgrades, performance tuning, and ongoing enhancements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for stakeholders and end-users.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years in a Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of core ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow implementation methodologies such as ITIL and Agile.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM23,000.00 per month
