Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as needed.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Own the ServiceNow roadmap and strategy, aligning it with business goals and IT strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
- Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow implementation, development, and integration.
- Lead proof-of-concept and prototyping activities to explore new capabilities within the platform.
- Ensure proper integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, monitoring tools).
- Oversee governance, security, and data architecture standards related to ServiceNow.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for users and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, UI Policies, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
