Jeeny’s, a proudly local and fast-growing food brand, is on the lookout for a Sales & Marketing Representative to help us expand our reach across Modern Trade, General Trade and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and develop new sales channels – source, approach, and appoint new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA outlets to carry our product range.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns – collaborate with trade partners to drive visibility and sell-through.
- Track and monitor sales performance – including both sell-in and sell-out data from distributors and trade partners.
- Monitor inventory levels at trade partner outlets – ensure product freshness and avoid expiry or overstock situations.
- Supervise, support, and train distributor/wholesaler sales teams to ensure product knowledge, promotional execution, and sales push.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure long-term brand loyalty and growth.
- Conduct market visits regularly to ensure good product visibility, compliance with promotional plans, and to gather market intelligence.
- Support internal planning by providing field feedback on pricing, competition, customer feedback, and promotional effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel extensively.
- Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or retail trade is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Work Arrangement:
- Full-time role, based in Penang.
- Field-based with regular coordination with HQ.Location:
