Job responsibilities:
Month end closing & reporting
- Responsible for the month end closing. Prepare all relevant accounting entries and the financial statements accurately every month end closing. To ensure the documentation of the financial records are well maintained.
- To prepare the monthly supporting schedules within the reporting timelines and assist to resolve the unreconciling items timely and accurately
- Prepare the monthly financial and management reports within the reporting timelines.
- Assist in performing financial analysis as and when required
- Prepare Project P&L on monthly basis
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget.
- To prepare the schedules for auditor and respond to auditor queries.
Fixed Asset Management
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset register.
- Calculate depreciation Assets valuation in compliance with accounting policies.
- Conduct periodic asset audit / tagging.
Taxation
- Prepare & submit of income tax estimates & company tax return in timely manner
- Apply for Tax incentives and claiming for any tax refund To prepare
- the schedules for tax agent and respond to the queries.
Job Requirment
- A minimum Diploma in Accountancy or a relevant professional qualification.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Peferably candidates with knowledge of the manufacturing costing process and inventory cntrol
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
