Seller Support:
Job scope:
- To deliver excellent CS and manage the needs of Shopee's customer (through live chats)
- Liaise with other departments as required to resolve user issues
- Professionally handle the high volume of inquiries from customer
- Able to speak and write in English fluently
- Have experience in sho**ee live (other live also can)
- Working days: 5 days a week, 2 day off (1 weekend and 1 weekday)
- Working hours (2 Shift) :
- 8.00am to 6.00pm (including 1 hour break & OT )
1.00pm to 10.00pm (including 1 hour break)
- 12.00am to 2.00am - if and when required during campaign only (The 2 hours will be deducted from their normal working hours)
- Salary Package:
- Basic: RM2,500
- OT: Based on EA (if required)
- Statutory Benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave & Sick Leave): Based on EA
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Fluently communicate in basic English/ Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.
