Operations Manager – Cooking Oil Packaging Company
Location: Baram, Miri, Sarawak
Employment Type: Full-Time (Female candidates only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations – Manage and coordinate the company’s day-to-day production, packaging, and distribution activities.
- Inventory & Order Management – Monitor stock levels, place orders for raw materials, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Quality Control – Inspect and verify packaged products meet company quality standards before distribution.
- Reporting & Communication – Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the company owner, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Team Supervision – Lead and guide production staff to maintain efficiency, safety, and workplace discipline.
Requirements:
- Female, preferably with prior experience in operations or manufacturing management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and quality assurance processes is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
