Responsibilities:
- To promote/market OSIM products and services.
- Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
- Responsible in handling all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
- To update and maintain customer interaction in the database.
- To assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
- To maintain amicable working relationship with business partners and customers.
- To prepare of monthly reports and documentation (if any).
- To demonstrates professional & technical selling skills and good product knowledge in dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification with retail sales experience.
- School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage. Candidate who is able to communicate in local dialect is a added advantage
- Candidates who are willing to learn and with strong passion to develop their career in sales are also welcome.
Salary Package:
- Basic RM3,000 + Commission + Incentive up to RM5,000 monthly
