Job Scope / Responsibilities :
Monitor Homework Completion
- Ensure students complete their daily school homework on time with accuracy and neatness.
- Assist students in understanding and solving difficult homework problems.
Provide Tuition Lessons
- Conduct tuition classes based on students’ academic level and subjects (e.g., Mandarin, English, Mathematics).
- Guide students in revising and preparing for school topics and exams
Track Academic Progress
- Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress regularly.
- Provide updates and reports to parents and center management when necessary.
Manage Student Discipline and Attitude
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Cultivate good study habits and encourage self-discipline in students.
Communicate with Parents
- Engage with parents to update them on their child’s academic and behavioral performance.
- Address inquiries and concerns from parents professionally.
Requirements :
- 5 working days per week (FULL TIME)
- Proficient in three languages (Mandarin, Malay, English)
- Have at least SPM or above (with or without experience are welcome to apply, on-the-job training is provided.)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entry salary is RM 3,000. Upon confirmation can adjust to RM 4,000 - 5,000
